Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, holidays, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 2–7 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Multiple Shipments
To provide the best product selection and pricing, we work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment centers.
As a result, items purchased in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify or redirect the shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
Zag Express is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
