Refund policy

At Send by Zagol, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the terms below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags attached (if applicable)
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Photos of the shipping label and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Additional information may be requested to verify the claim.

Once approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Beauty and personal care products that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at sendbyzagol@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.
